Very professional. This was the first time using the Tomball location, very happy it was so close to home. I had used the Willowbrook location in the past with great results as well.My car was repaired one week earlier than originally promised!”

I called before heading their way and they indicated I needed an appointment. They were able to see us at 10:30 the same day. They were quick to pinpoint the problem and offer a solution. I appreciated that we were not pushed into replacing the radio, which was working or didn’t offer any crazy extras to improve it. I did end up upgrading the radio as they were able to identify that it was not compatible with an iPhone, which we already suspected. He was very kind to honor the initial quote and worked with our budget, which was actually the budget of my 16 yo who wanted to cover the expense, from her savings, for her first car. Thank you so much for such exceptional service. We will definitely be back if we ever need their services.”

“I had a rear bumper replaced by Lamar’s team. Stopped by to obtain a quote. I had done some preliminary research prior to stopping. Lamar reviewed the work that was required, provide a quote and I was pleasantly surprised. I actually felt like the price was incredibly fair. He informed me that they would order the bumper, paint it and call me when they were ready for me to return for install. Once the bumper was ready, which was about a week to 8 days we scheduled a time for me to return. The bumper was replaced. They did some final buffing, washed my car and cleaned the inside. Exceptional work ethic and care. I very rarely write a review, but I wanted to share a great experience. Lamar and his team have that old school care for the customer. It was very much appreciated. I will definitely recommend and if I ever require auto body work, Lamar will be first stop. Thank you Lamar.”

“We have had two different roll Top tonneau covers installed here as well as numerous vehicles for window tint. Our latest trip to them we had them install these low profile vent visors. I saw them on someone else’s truck and went in and asked her about them and she knew exactly what I wanted. She had them there within a couple of days, and they were priced right. Service with these folks is unbeatable!”
“Felt at ease after taking my jeep to Amy. Had been to a few other shops and it seemed like everytime something else went wrong everytime they touched it. I was recommended to SOS MOTOR SPORTS and I will never go anywhere else for my jeep needs. Amy went through my jeep and explained to me what needed to be done now and what could wait. We fixed a mystery electrical problem and a mystery vibration. “DJ is Amazing!!! We were having terrible trouble with our accessible bus and could not get anyone to fix it. DJ came in and, within an hour, had it running! He also fixed one of the accessible doors. Very honest and trustworthy. Super nice! As a woman, I felt safe and heard. Reasonably priced! Highly Recommended!!!”

“What an amazing experience!!! My daughter and I went to a different auto parts store (not Napa) in Tomball to get wiper blades. The store we went to gave us the wrong blade for her car (we did ask for them to help us find the correct ones). The customer service at this unnamed store was awful. We returned the wrong blades and drove to Napa. The customer service at Napa was amazing! The guy at the register helped us find the correct blades and he installed them for us. Very helpful and super professional. Thank you Napa! I won’t go anywhere else but Napa for auto parts.”

“First I must say that Laura is an excellent customer service rep. She was very patient and very knowledgeable in what I needed for an older John Deere gator. I hope she stays with this company because it would be their loss if she didn't. Delivery was very fast and it was packaged very well. My mechanic is installing the starter now. This will be my go to place for parts since I have a large farm and a lot of different big equipment. The local companies around here just care about making a buck and I'm here to tell you that their customer service is pretty bad. They could all use some lessons from Laura. I recommend this company. My review was supposed to be for the store in Georgia but it somehow ended up on the Tomball Tx store.”
“Their prices are pretty good and they are about my go-to parts house... However their Auto parts don't seem to be any more advanced than any other place. Also I have tried and they will not give you the parts in advance of payment, so I'm not quite sure where the name comes from but overall it's a pretty good place”

“Awesome crew, this store has been my #1 go to place for auto parts for 20 years. The employees are.always great, even going above and beyond at times. Saturday night was definitely one of those times, they could've booked it out and left me stuck, but my girls were amazing by waiting a few minutes as I was walking from work desperately trying to get my alternator. Thank you, ya'll are the best.”

There was an error in their system so I had to wait longer than anticipated, but I was able to get some shopping done. Unfortunately, another staff member was not as helpful, but I'm hoping management can improve their check out process.”
“They did a good job installing my new tire.It wasn't busy when I went so that was good. Grabbed a bite at the McDonald's in the store, picked up the car and took off.No problems, no hassle. I don't think I've ever had problems with a Walmart tire install. And they last just as long as the ones you get from the specialty stores. Just pick your brand.”
“I bought a rear axle from here. Ofcourse used but it is on my vehicle now and I have not had any issues they do offer 6 month warranty. Fingers cross it last long. I think the guys who helped me was Mitchell was very helpful.”
