I find that with a little detail shared with any of the sales staff, as to what I’m looking for and whom I am buying for, that the personal level of assistance is top of the tier here! I always leave with gifts wrapped up ready for me to give to the lucky recipient(s). Literally something very special for anyone I am on the hunt for…possibly even for me! They not only checked the floor for me (thank you Chris!), but the manager got on the phone with me, listened to my experience at their sister location & took it upon herself to help me find the item in one of the surrounding locations. Nikki is a true example of loving what you do. She is a compassionate leader that treats customers with respect & kindness. She has earned my continued loyalty to the company. Thank you!”
