“Kohl’s is a decent department store that works well if you’re looking for a mix of clothes, accessories, home goods, and seasonal items all in one place. The store layout is easy to navigate and the selection is broad enough that most people can find something useful without too much hunting.
One of the biggest draws is the sales and coupons. Kohl’s constantly runs promotions, and if you pay attention you can get pretty good deals on clothing, shoes, and even small appliances. That makes it feel like a better value compared with places that stick to regular pricing year-round. Even without big sales, the regular prices aren’t unreasonable for what you get.
Quality is a mixed bag depending on the brand and item. Some clothes and home goods hold up well, while others feel fairly typical for a department store at this price point. It is worth inspecting items before you buy and knowing what you want rather than just grabbing things because they are cheap.
Customer service is generally okay. Associates are usually willing to help if you have a question, and checkout is straightforward. The busiest times can feel a bit crowded, especially during weekends or holidays, but that is true of most big-box department stores.

“Had an issue at a different location where the manager refused to sell me an item that was on the floor. I called this location to see if they had the item in stock.
They not only checked the floor for me (thank you Chris!), but the manager got on the phone with me, listened to my experience at their sister location & took it upon herself to help me find the item in one of the surrounding locations. Nikki is a true example of loving what you do. She is a compassionate leader that treats customers with respect & kindness. She has earned my continued loyalty to the company. Thank you!”

“This location feels bigger at times than others in the area and the floor is really neat when I go in. The sales associate Juan was really helpful the last few times I went and they seem like a really great person. The cashier was excellent too but I forgot to get her name. In general a great ross”
“Neat and clean walmart with friendly staff and everything is available most of the time. Still they are not going for 24 hrs operations.
Their curbside pickup is busy in evening time so better do it in the morning hrs”
“Service at this is very important to all employees the store is always clean and fully stocked. This I was on a handicapped shopping cart and the battery died. A store employee heard the battery beeping and said pushed me to the shopping carts. Pulled out a fully charged vehicle and reloaded my shopping goods into the charged up handicapped cart. I was so pleased since II have mobility issues. Then while I was shopping he went thru store to see if I needed assistance.”
“I love shopping at Target. The store is always well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. The Drive Up pickup service is extremely convenient and saves me so much time. Staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. I’m always happy shopping here.”

“I visited this store once; it's a massive supercenter compared to Woodlands Parkway One. The shelves and grocery stuff are varied, and you can find all your favorite foods and groceries here.”
