“They didn’t have the item I was looking for, but Isaiah was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I truly appreciate the great customer service. It can be hard to find that level of friendliness in this area, so the experience really stood out. It was refreshing and reminded me that good service isn’t just something I expect from being raised in a small town.”

“Lots of good deals. I just wanted a uv protection long sleeve shirt. Not much selection for that. Maybe some cool color or nicer material. Nope Tons of jackets and pull over. Maybe 3 types of button up?”
“There is a lot of great sports equipment but some niche sports are ignore in actual stores (they sell watercolor equipment online and tell you that there is stock in the store but there isn't)”
“I had such a wonderful experience with Jonaee at Nike today. I came in feeling pretty apprehensive about returning an FC Barcelona jacket because of a disclaimer I had seen online, and I genuinely wasn’t sure whether my return would even be possible. Jonaee was incredibly sweet, patient, and reassuring from the beginning. While she worked through the return, she suggested that instead of waiting around and then starting an entirely separate purchase, I look around the store for something I might want to exchange it for. It was a small suggestion, but it saved me time and made the whole experience much easier. What impressed me most was her follow-through. Jonaee checked on me several times while I was shopping, and even when I eventually made it to the register, she made sure everything went through correctly and that I was taken care of. I think she could tell that I was a little nervous about the return, even though I didn’t necessarily say it outright. She has a level of emotional intelligence and awareness that is difficult to teach—she recognized what a customer needed and quietly made the situation easier. After meeting her, I can absolutely see why she’s in a leadership position. I walked in expecting a potentially frustrating return and walked out with a new pair of shoes I love and an extremely positive impression of this Nike store. Jonaee turned the entire experience around for me, and I hope she’s recognized for the way she takes care of her customers. Thank Jonaee!”

“We have been looking for shoes for my wife over the last month. Lots of stores. We even came here before. This time Madison was here. What a customer oriented employee. She is amazing. Thank you”
“I had a terrible experience when i visited the first time by a male employee, i almost wasn't going to come back but i decided to give it a try. I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service given to me by Sandra and Melba! I will definitely be back more often as my baby outgrows his shoes. Thank you both for treating us so well!”
“Having worked there as a fill in, I can't complain. The teachers and staff seem to be quite friendly. Clean and well layed out. Easy to navigate hallways. Students are relatively friendly and well mannered for their age. I also live in the neighborhood adjacent, so I get to drive by at pickup time. Always have the same CyFair Police officer directing traffic. Very friendly. Another great CyFair school.”
“This is an awesome place to get all your shirts or hoodies or hats or beanies made. Whatever you need done they will get it done with the best quality of products and work by far”
