“Thanks for the help finding the right products in the store I was seeking. The things I needed were a little bit difficult to acquire online without some assistance. It was also nice to be able to see the items to be extra sure they are what I want before purchasing them. The prices here are good and the service equally so. How convenient that this shop should be here, I hope it lasts for a long time”

“Was trying to buy some of his stuff through Walmart.com but after a small issue ( which Joe had no control over) he absolutely went out of his way to fix it! He offered it cheaper, he put me at ease immediately and made me feel like an appreciated customer. Joe just seemed like the guy you want to hang out with and chill. Looks like it probably will come in faster also. If you are in the market for electronics, and are close by pay the guy a visit. Wish we had smaller family businesses like this close to me, but im stuck with Best Buy, Walmart or Amazon. Will definitely look at his online stuff and highly recommend this business!”

It’s also a huge Target where you can find pretty much everything you need, from clothing and personal care products to groceries, toys, pajamas, and so much more. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Glade Parks, making it a very convenient place to shop. Definitely one of our favorite Target locations!”

“I bought a $1200 TV discounted at the farmers branch Best Buy outlet but I had heard that open box TV sometimes don’t have a remote control so I asked at the point of purchase how this would be handled and whether I could do it at my local Best Buy in Grapevine. The manager assured me that Either location would replace any missing items or I could return the TV entirely within 15 days no questions asked. When I got home an hour later, only the TV was in the box no mount, legs or remote control and no Manuel was included. I drove to the Grapevine location and explained what happened. At first, I was told there was nothing they could do, but when I said, I’m surprised to be lied to when dealing with Best Buy. The representative asked me to hold on and from that point forward I saw nothing but an absolute commitment to getting me out the door without paying another dime for the missing components. James and Duncan did a great job replacing the missing pieces with generic components at no cost to me. Of course I would rather have the namebrand originals, but this was not their problem or their mistake and still they made it right.”

“I want to give a big thank you to Naeem at the Target in Flower Mound. He was extremely respectful, helpful, and professional. Not once, but twice, he went out of his way to help me and made sure I was taken care of. He was always willing to put in the extra effort to make sure the customer was satisfied. After he helped me at the front, I later saw him working as a cashier and made sure to get his name so I could show my appreciation for how helpful he was. He checked us out efficiently, made sure everything was bagged properly, and provided great customer service from start to finish. Employees like Naeem really make a difference. Target should definitely recognize him for his hard work and dedication to customers. Thank you, Naeem!”
