“Did a warranty exchange for a battery purchased at ABC by a friend, caught a little trouble, but it was easily handled BECAUSE the sales receipt had been placed on the battery! Genius idea! Sealed on the battery & in nesr perfect condition was the reciept nicely held on by a packing slip holder! “Impact did a fantastic job on my new radio/dvd player and remote start. I do feel like there could have been more communication regarding what I had initially asked for. I wanted the rear tvs replaced as they are almost 20 years old. I had my husband call and check on the vehicle and the shop didn’t seem to know I wanted the drop down screens replaced. I called the next day to clarify and was told it would be about $850 each and we had two. It was left at “if they don’t work replace them” got home and the rear screen had lines all through it. I just wish I could have known before it was brought home.”
