“Customer service of the kind I received at Donnybrook is rare these days. I live in Houston, but my adult daughter, who also lives in Houston, called me from Tyler to tell me her car wouldn't run, so she had left it at a convenience store and taken an Uber to her destination (heading to hospital where a friend was having surgery). I got on Google Maps to find the store where her car was, then looked for nearby auto repair shops. Jackpot! Donnybrook Automotive was nearby and had excellent reviews. BUT, it was late. Luckily, Donnybrook lists an after-hours telephone number on their website, and when I called, the owner, Gary Stewart, answered! I explained my complicated situation, and Gary took it all in stride. He put me in touch with a reliable local towing service that picked up my daughter's car (without her having to be there), took it to the shop, and left the keys in the Night Drop. The next morning, Dean called me and explained the car's problems in detail, putting me at ease with his obvious expertise. That afternoon, Debbie (I think) called to tell me the car was ready. I was even able to pay the very reasonable bill over the phone so my daughter wouldn't have to worry about it. Crisis averted, and Daddy looks like a hero!Donnybrook Automotive is so good, it makes me wish I still lived near Tyler so I could take my cars there!”

“I come to Tyler quite often, and this FRESH has become part of my routine when I visit. They have a fantastic selection of house-made items, like hummus, ready meals, salads, etc., and the bakery has some of the best brownies and blondies I have ever eaten, among other things. A great option for lunch is the food court-type area where you can get sandwiches, burritos, pizza, and lots more, and there are tables outside where you can eat if the weather is nice. The layout of the store is a bit confusing at first, but I've been there enough that it feels natural now.”

“I first came by for grand opening being a former business owner I love to support others. This store was so organized all shelf items front facing and the owner is so devoted and respectful his employees carry the same vibe oh lets get to the good part one day they was offering free taco samples and was SO SO GOOD AND MEAT TENDER THAT GREEN SAUCE OH MY SO ON POINT alright came back a week later bammm free sample draft beers yes they have it there with a seating area for all guys and guyettes that like to hang at the gas station after work with your friends well this is a place to try they have tables and bemch seating with a big flat screen to enjoy news or sports CHECK IT OUT and let me know ?????”

“It's always clean and so well lit. It's usually dark when I'm heading through but I always feel safe pulling in to get gas here on the way home. I've never been bothered and they have hot food, a microwave, nice staff, and everything is spaced out so you don't feel squished against the next car.”

“Went by today and used the self-checkout.. whoever is over that self check out (younger looking woman with short hair) needs to work on her customer service skills. She seemed annoyed with helping customers, yet the "issues" customers were having were due to the machines malfunctioning. The store was clean as usual and produce was fresh.”

“The places overall great except one Bad Apple....?Called asked if Carl's Jr was open the lady said no, I asked her nicely what time do they open she said I do not know so I had to go over there to look it up which is not hard but the point is she should know she works there at cefco, I'm pretty sure she's eating there at least once maybe she had a bad night who knows but you don't have to be sarcastic.I did do the nice thing and called her back and told her what time that they open for breakfast that's when she got even more sarcastic pretty sad I was being nice(There was only three semi trucks on a few Island she wasn't busy)”

“Came here as the park store only had 2 choices for ice cream, and neither was what I wanted. As we were hovering over the BlueBell ice cream in the Exxon station, a sweet lady that worked there. Asked if we tried the Gelato. We said no. She said a it’s made in house and we give free samples! So we both tried about 4 flavors and each and then picked a favorite! She jam packed the small container ($4.79) with easily 3-4 scoops. I could have done with half! Soooo good! I got the Razz-Ma-Taz. My friend got the orange dreamsicle. Yum!”
