“The atmosphere was pretty bad as it was in a bad area and in a kind of run down appearanced gas station with homeless people everywhere it seemed. However the cashier was super helpful and friendly. She made out drinks within a few minutes and they tasted great. She was also able to add in the extra shots I asked for.”

“I live in rgv south Texas, but i work in south west Louisiana so I travel past this location every time im going to work or traveling home from work... the food is great, tacos, burritos, burgers or sammiches... and their restrooms are always clean... buccees are always the go-to stop for anyone traveling up state, but the crowds are always overwhelming if you happen to go during the holidays or if u happen to stop at a bad time.... the texan offers the same service with good food and excluding the beaver merchandise, everything else is just about the same... I never miss a chance to stop, fill up my gas tank, hit the john, and get 2 or 3 tacos before I hit the road ???”
“Wonderful owners and staff friendly. We love the drive thru and the kids love inside snacks. They always ask me how’s your husband. He is a junkie for C4 energy drinks.”

“Stopped in while traveling. Bathroom was clean both times I stopped in. Great for breaks and getting snacks. Had two different staff when I went in each time. the female was friendly the male was not. I had to ask him if we were done with the transaction because he just stood there looking off in the distance.”
“Cracker Barrel Gas station has been around since I was a child. We live in Crestwood when we were Young and my mother had to walk to the store so she would walk to cracker barrel for her odds and ends....they would special order just for her..... Going above and beyond to make customers satisfied.”

“I've tried multiple speedy stops here in the Victoria area. They all have clean restrooms and a clean store. There always seems to be a subway attached which is nice if you like Subway sandwiches and I do. The best thing is they have diet Dr Pepper on tap which is a must. When I am in this part of the state I do look for a speedy stop. I think they're worth seeking out with their large parking lots, multiple gas pumps and diet Dr Pepper on tap that doesn't taste like water down crap. Which is also really important. If you're going to have diet Dr Pepper, make sure the syrup is turned up and at least it taste decent. I have not been disappointed in a speedy stop yet.”

“After 8 pm I will stop at the store down the street instead if I also need to use the restroom because theirs is always locked but during the day I have had quite a few great experiences there. When I went in there the other day to buy a couple Monsters on the way to work I took them to the counter and the cashier (Kevin?) told me that they are having a promotion buy two and get the 3rd one free so he had me go get another one. So, happy I did cartwheels. OK, kidding about the cartwheels but it did feel good knowing they were helping me save money.”

“We we're heading to Katy, and needed a place to stop. We decided to check out a the Texan. The gas station looked pretty new, and gas reasonably priced. Got inside and was amazing with the interior and the clean restrooms. Plenty of food and drinks, we looked around and decided to eat. I ordered a sandwich it was delicious. The sandwich was pretty massive with lots of ham and turkey. I definitely could have shared it with someone else. The service was fast and the service was great. I liked that they had an assortment of different tea flavors! Next time traveling, will definitely stop and eat at this establishment again.”
“John and especially Ty in the fish department were exceptionally helpful today! My husband is the grocery buyer in our household and I was new to the fish counter, and they went out of their way to educate me. Ty even took the time to show me his favorite way to make salmon and I made sure to take notes. He then walked me over to some seasonings he recommended. They were such a pleasure to interact with and I’ll definitely be back!”

“this is truly heartbreaking for me because I frequent this store at least once a day, fill up($100+) twice a week, and buy their car washes weekly .....but the last 2 times I've been here, both employees that waited on me (or refused to do so she could wait on the guy she was eyeing) have been down right rude!!! other than standing in line waiting for the next clerk available, all to have Miranda walk across the cashier platform to the far register and I swore I heard her say "I'll take the next customer" so being next in line, I walked up... as a little guy walked up behind me from looking at car charges down another isle, she tells me "um I'm waiting on him".... the guy said "no its OK she was here first" and she actually refused to wait on me and I had to get back in line. I watched as she did it to another female for a different male customer. yall now have a serious problem with discrimination and your employees. the clerk that did wait on me politely wrote her name down for me as I requested. just imagine if she did that to just 10% of your customers that spend an avg of $1000/ mth there?”
“They're Forever treating me special and feels like they're really interested in helping me out.. whether it be gas pumped or ice in my own cup uncharged it's been a pleasureOnce, having retired and bored, grabbed the mop, ready for mopping -) My pass time "therapy " was allowed! It's a story I'll ever tell, as I got the whole place completely clean. Didn't expect to get to, customer flow ebbed perfect as tho it were planned.Side note, many times since 2012 on a late walk, or too hot ? out, this was the quick rescue to pop-in & find relief tkx management for hiring people good hearted”

“The critical reviews of this place are far too harsh. Our office used to be in the Heritage Mark building not far from this gas station. I used to walk down here to get lunch often. Not once did I have an unpleasant experience. The sandwiches I'd buy were always fresh and the staff were always very friendly and lively. Considering Navarro has that ridiculous median now, that makes this place that much more valuable. Not to mention they really do have the best coffee in town. Their Cafe Kilimanjaro blend is better than anything you're going to get at Starbucks.”

“Never heard of this place before until I was driving past it. Different theme, but basically, another Bucee’s gas store that sells similar merchandises. There are some things that are different like their food items, drinks, etc. It’s like going to Sams Club and Costco, both similar, but different. They have their own mascot emblem, cheap gas, bakery, and hot/cold food area. I did notice that they have a dining area which I think was very convenient for those who want to just relax and eat before driving again. Overall, like Bucees, it’s a bit pricey so if you don’t pay attention to what you’re buying, you’ll end up buying $60-$100s worth of snacks lol.Pretty large parking lot. Lots of clean restrooms.”

“This place is fantastic! I had to stop here due to a bad storm when riding my motorcycle to wait out the storm. Gabriel was the attendant, and he was super awesome! Hooked me up with a paper towel to dry my phone off, and he let me hang out in the store while I wait for the storm to pass.
Their selection of snacks and the fresh chicken is pretty awesome! I almost got some of the Krispy chicken, it smelled really good! Very welcoming environment, and the best staff! They have a indoor seating area if you want to eat there, it's off in its own section and is quite.
