“I am giving this Sams 5 because of Lina that works in the grill. I was greeted with a nice smile and how can I help you. I asked for her to put the hot dog I ordered into the pizza oven half way so I could have a HOT dog and a crispy bun. Lyna didn't hesitate for 2 seconds "I have never done but sure" . It might be against Sam's policy who knows I am guessing it might be because the other lady did not seem happy she was doing it. This might be the only time I get a toasted bun but I will not forget Lina thanks for making my day!”
“Bought Kodi cooler from the H-E-B plus in Victoria Texas last year for my husband's birthday. We live near the beach so so we would use the cooler often. the zipper broke so we came back to Victoria to return it. Kodi is coolers have a lifetime warranty. Needless to say I did not have a receipt after a year but the ladies at the service desk were awesome. I walked out with my new cooler within 10 minutes. I wish all stores were that easy to deal with.”

“I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and makes conversation at the counter. It’s nice to have some small talk and not have an awkward silence. Only small complaint I have is that they don’t have a person there making breakfast tacos anymore. Truly a first world problem.”

The store is extremely busy and you held yourself with composure and that impressed me to the point I asked your name. I am a customer who likes to get in and get out as quickly as possible. I go in with the list and know where I’m going today we had some minor hiccups, but you quickly came to my rescue and got me out as soon as you could thank you and thank you for being a great representation of customer service at H-E-B. “They had the best burritos and sausage on stick. We used to get the burritos at Speedy Stop but lately they change the burrito from meat to plain dull bean and cheese. So my husband remembered about Conoco's sausage and burritos. Love it!!”

“I live in rgv south Texas, but i work in south west Louisiana so I travel past this location every time im going to work or traveling home from work... the food is great, tacos, burritos, burgers or sammiches... and their restrooms are always clean... buccees are always the go-to stop for anyone traveling up state, but the crowds are always overwhelming if you happen to go during the holidays or if u happen to stop at a bad time.... the texan offers the same service with good food and excluding the beaver merchandise, everything else is just about the same... I never miss a chance to stop, fill up my gas tank, hit the john, and get 2 or 3 tacos before I hit the road ???”
“Cracker Barrel Gas station has been around since I was a child. We live in Crestwood when we were Young and my mother had to walk to the store so she would walk to cracker barrel for her odds and ends....they would special order just for her..... Going above and beyond to make customers satisfied.”

“John and especially Ty in the fish department were exceptionally helpful today! My husband is the grocery buyer in our household and I was new to the fish counter, and they went out of their way to educate me. Ty even took the time to show me his favorite way to make salmon and I made sure to take notes. He then walked me over to some seasonings he recommended. They were such a pleasure to interact with and I’ll definitely be back!”

“We we're heading to Katy, and needed a place to stop. We decided to check out a the Texan. The gas station looked pretty new, and gas reasonably priced. Got inside and was amazing with the interior and the clean restrooms. Plenty of food and drinks, we looked around and decided to eat. I ordered a sandwich it was delicious. The sandwich was pretty massive with lots of ham and turkey. I definitely could have shared it with someone else. The service was fast and the service was great. I liked that they had an assortment of different tea flavors! Next time traveling, will definitely stop and eat at this establishment again.”
“After 8 pm I will stop at the store down the street instead if I also need to use the restroom because theirs is always locked but during the day I have had quite a few great experiences there. When I went in there the other day to buy a couple Monsters on the way to work I took them to the counter and the cashier (Kevin?) told me that they are having a promotion buy two and get the 3rd one free so he had me go get another one. So, happy I did cartwheels. OK, kidding about the cartwheels but it did feel good knowing they were helping me save money.”
