“The guy that works at the front desk is very rude. He gave my children an attitude when they went to go get toilet paper. He was saying that he already put 2 roles in there but the roles were a quarter. Last night we were in the pool and the sign said that it would open at 10 but when we asked him to open it he said it wasn't open till 12.”

“Alana could stand to use some training in hotel policies and procedures.
I asked for a policy or procedures manual because I want to know how much a potential charge could cost. The GM should be able to provide that. Not only did she hang up in my face she was extremely combative while having simple conversation. She became extremely defensive and angry. All I want is something that shows how much a person could be charged regarding damages. All she could show me was that the hotel says no smoking. Which isn’t true because you have sections all around that building (by doors) where you can smoke. And there is no signage in the rooms that says no smoking. If a facility is truly “non smoking facility” you wouldn’t allow smoking anywhere on the property. And surely there would be more signs besides the one small one that says no smoking at the front desk…..poor customer service Alana you should be more aware of your hotels policies and where to find them. My lil country family just wasn’t used to non smoking places. They made an honest mistake. You didn’t have to be rude about it Alana. Get better signage. What’s even crazier is if they “smell” anything they then go through your trash to collect “evidence”.
So do not bring empty cig or chew packages if they see it in the trash they will fine you.”

“I simply can not say enough good things about this hotel. Every single staff member I encountered has been wonderful and kind. The rooms are cozy and quiet. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings is delicious and feels like my Granny just made it for me. They have a Starbucks, restaurant, and bar, all excellent. The food from Hemingway's is very good. The drinks in the bar are all great. Anita was running Starbucks, and she is such a doll. Again, I can not say enough good things about the people here, nor the hotel. This is the place to stay when you're in Beaumont.”

“Rooms: Nice for the price! The only thing that I don't care for is the table is built into the wall but that usually how all motel 6s are made.
Service: Absolutely the best! Management, All the Front Desk Clerks, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance are all friendly and nice.
However, I only gave 4 stars because there is a pool in a wonderful location, and if only they would get that fix so it can be put to use would be elite.
But, they do have a lighted covered picnic area with a grill which is nice.
No breakfast, but fresh coffee every morning. But who needs breakfast when their is a McDonald's literally across the street.
Location: Not to far from major restaurants, and stores. and Hospital and ER within walking distance. Great access to I-10 .”

It's a little run down, but has all the amenities as advertised. Stays quiet most of the time, night and day. Desk clerks are always happy and as helpful as possible.”
“This hotel is under renovation. Our room was awesome. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was new and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't understand why anyone would complain.”
