“For the area that it is in I would rate it 7 of 10 if I could. I do want to suggest something though. For your awnings Keep them clean on the underside. It's not a neat freak thing but your awnings will last longer if you do. I worked with a sign company for years before I started doing what I do now. <I would mention but due to Copywrite I cant endorse> . What you do to fix it. Put cotton between the aluminum braces to soak up the spray. Get some isoalcahol 95% and mix it with dawn detergent and spray the underside of the awnings (dont use simple green its to harsh) pull the cotten balls or strips out and wash with a hose not a power washer you will cut the structure of the mesh in the vinyl streached face. Wipe down and spray when dry with a vinyl based coating to protect the underside. Bugs lay eggs and that is acidic and will eat away at your investment. Better to treat the issue than spend thousands to correct the issue now. Stay safe and I had a great stay :) Have a blessed day :)”

“The room was awesome and smelled great, but the true benefit of the hotel for me was the staff. Aubrey checked me in and is truly an asset to this hotel. She was so friendly and a great communicator. I stay at hotels very very often for work and I think this was the best front desk experience I've ever had. Thank you for making me feel valuable and being so friendly. She helped me with my ihg account information and made sure I got my points even though my account has issues like an old bosses name on it. Was knowledgeable about parking (big truck) and had such a great personality. Really, if someone reads this, you should thank her for the job she is doing. Phenomenal!!Rooms: Very nice and clean room and smells great just like the lobby. Stocked with paper towel roll, dishes, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Everything you would need.”

“I travel for The Home Depot. I'm not sure what determines hotel stars, but I've stayed in Hiltons that weren't as nice as this place. Couldn't beat the price, either. On top of that, Vincent was the nicest host I've ever had in a hotel. I've found my favorite place to stay in Beaumont!”

“Someone else booked a room for me at the Elegante Hotel. I would recommend the patio room, the sight isn't an eyesore at night. They also give complimentary buffet styled Breakfast. The food wasn't too bad. However, definitely not anything I would spend my money on. Other than that I would stay again!Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast (buffet style).”

“We booked this hotel since it was pet friendly. The room was clean, but instead of a queen sized bed, the bed seemed smaller, as in a full sized bed. The room had a nice kitchenette and a very good-sized refrigerator. If you get a room higher than 12, you will have quite a walk. The office is located at an extreme end of the building with no outside exit at the other end.The pet policy is friendly, but the fee is $50 plus you have to hand them $150 cash which will be (and was) returned before you leave if there is no damage. Also, the front desk is protected by a pull-down cage. The area did not appear to be the safest, so we felt a bit uneasy. The strength of the hotel is in the front office managers who were extremely inviting and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. They also called us to let us know that they found my wife's make-up bag and would be sending it to us. What a deal! They are the reason why we didn't rate the hotel lower.”

“I uses this hotel twice as an overnight stop on my way to and from another location. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, the kitchenette, pots and pans, paper towels, full sized fridge and dish soap provided. The TV was newer as well.If I ever need to go through Beaumont again, I know where I'll stay.”
