“Only spent one night at this facility - coming in very late at night. We were greeted warmly and treatedlike VIPs. Our single room with king size bed was perfect! I'm very particular about cleanliness and this place did not disappoint. Hot breakfast was provided and items replenished as needed because staff was on top of it!
I rated this modest place 5 stars because management obviously cares about visitors'comfort.

“Alana could stand to use some training in hotel policies and procedures.
I asked for a policy or procedures manual because I want to know how much a potential charge could cost. The GM should be able to provide that. Not only did she hang up in my face she was extremely combative while having simple conversation. She became extremely defensive and angry. All I want is something that shows how much a person could be charged regarding damages. All she could show me was that the hotel says no smoking. Which isn’t true because you have sections all around that building (by doors) where you can smoke. And there is no signage in the rooms that says no smoking. If a facility is truly “non smoking facility” you wouldn’t allow smoking anywhere on the property. And surely there would be more signs besides the one small one that says no smoking at the front desk…..poor customer service Alana you should be more aware of your hotels policies and where to find them. My lil country family just wasn’t used to non smoking places. They made an honest mistake. You didn’t have to be rude about it Alana. Get better signage. What’s even crazier is if they “smell” anything they then go through your trash to collect “evidence”.
So do not bring empty cig or chew packages if they see it in the trash they will fine you.”
