“I had a great experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store located at 2751 Washington Blvd. The staff was professional, patient, and very friendly throughout the entire process of purchasing my new phone. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the available plans and promotions clearly, and made sure I understood everything before completing the purchase. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to help.
