“I noticed a gouge on the side wall on my front tire, I called and talked to the manager Jaime at 5pm and he gave me a quote and said head on over , We close at 6pm but we'll take care of you. Bought 2 new tires and his crew even stayed after 6pm to install, balance and finish the job with my truck. Awsome manager and workers. Highly recommend!”

“These guys took care of me while passing thru on my way to Florida from California, I arrived there at closing time but they were understanding and repaired my large flat tire 37inch tire, if you know about tires you know these are no fun to patch with an internal plug patch as you have yo remove and dismount the tire and rebalance it after. Yet they were kind enough to tackle the task right away. I
had my 4 German Shepherds with me, and the staff was nice enough to offer them water and shade while the techs were repairing my tire. Overall, they had me on the road again in under an hour for the price of a fast food meal. These guys were great! 5 stars all day long!!”

“I came Christmas shopping with a vengeance! and left with a gift for just about everyone on my list! I appreciate the layout of this location. I was able to find everything that I was looking for! The only annoyance is that one must load their own items onto the conveyor belt, AND also load up the cart. “Took my car in for some service. I was kept well informed about initial repairs and suggested additional needed repairs. I was called and also details quickly sent, along with photos, by email. I authorized some additional repairs but not all suggested. I was not pressured to have the additional repaired at this time. Requested repairs were done quickly and I was called as soon as car was ready.....much quicker than I anticipated.
I was very pleased and will most likely return again.”

Owning a Tesla can make tire replacement stressful since so many shops won’t touch them but Vinton Tire Shop shocked me in the best way possible. Affordable, quick, and Tesla-ready, Sergio came out fully prepared with Tesla lifting pucks, something only a trained and certified shop would know to use or have on hand. Right away I felt confident my Model X was in the right hands.
A month later I decided to upgrade my tires, and of course I went back. Not only does Vinton Tire have all the right tools, but I was impressed watching how carefully Sergio handled my rims on their new tire machine. That level of attention to detail is rare, especially when you’re used to hearing about high repair bills from Tesla and other big-name competitors who use the same equipment.
They’re open late, answer the phone, and are always super professional. I’ll gladly drive out of my way to make sure Vinton Tire is the one taking care of my Tesla.
