βI contacted this bank recently regarding needing several hundred dollars of 2-dollar bills.. since I don't have an account at this bank, the lady placed me on hold and quickly returned and kindly explained the procedure and by law I would need to open an account to proceed with the bill exchange. I completely understood and she went on to explain the different types of accounts they offer for my basic needs. I told her I would definitely be in soon. A plus since they most always have a good supply of 2 dollar bills.β
