He took care of me in less than 15 minutes. 5 stars just isn’t enough! Fantastic job and THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!”

Sara saved a customer for O’reillys because my last couple experiences haven’t been great. She was genuinely great and a young man named Issac was great too.”

“Just before their closing time our car was dead and I was fortunate enough to be able to get there in time to buy a new battery from here and I got to say I have met one of the most salt of the earth kind souled people I've ever met in my life there. He was beyond helpful and one of those rare individuals that you can tell truly enjoys their job and lives to help others. His name is Glenn and I highly recommend going to ask for him when you visit there! I'll be going back to this location just because of my interaction with him. Thanks again good sir!”
“3/27/26 Excellent customer service! We needed new batteries on our scissor lift. Chris at the front desk and I feel awful not remembering the younger guys name, but both came out to help get the old batteries out and the new in. We had a bad cable and the younger guy was able to find us one even tho they don’t carry them anymore! Again, excellent service and we will definitely use them again!”

“I stopped in yesterday because my check engine light came on. I was kind of freaked out. I was greeted with a smile from the sweet lady at the counter. She called for the man to come run the error code. His name i think is Marwan? I may have spelled it incorrectly. Super sweet people. The sweet man came out ran the code. We went inside and I bought the part. Was a 40.00 fix. Praise the Lord! My part is on the car and the check engine light is off! I recommend giving them business. I will return if i need another part. Great service with a smile. Ya'll Rock!”

My wife and I came to buy brake pads, and I ran into issue after issue. She absolutely deserves a raise and a paid vacation. This store just earned a life time customer with a old truck im sure they're going to make thousands off of me over the next few years. Ill never forget her kindness and patience. I have mental health issues and she never made me feel less than for not knowing exactly what I needed. I absolutely can not recommend this store enough. God worked through this store today. “I don’t expect the workers to be experts but they’ve always been pretty helpful and nice. More importantly I found the turbo air freshener at this location! Easily made me very happy because I’ve been wanting to buy one for my fiancé!Also I bought my windshield wipers here and they’ve been amazing unlike the ones I got at Walmart that were USED. “This is a really good place to go to when you need a battery and cannot afford a new one. They have a 30 day war team. I've gotten batteries from them three different times the first the second time the battery got in them died within 30 days and did that three different times every time within that 30 days I went back and they replaced the battery for free”

“O'Reilly's oil is lowest priced in the store. Some1 in there wanted to convince me to buy pennzoil because it was on sale. But the sale wasn't lower than O'Reilly's regular priced oil. Trying to get me to spend more. Shame on u.”
