“I had a great experience with Oasis Savvy – Keller Phone. I brought my phone in because the screen was black and not working. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a short time. After I got home, the same problem appeared again. I returned to the shop, and they handled it immediately at no charge, just as quickly and professionally as the first time. They even encouraged me to come back if I had any further issues. I really appreciate the way they treat their customers—honest, helpful, and reliable. I will definitely continue using this shop for any future phone repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.”

“They just make it super dang easy to do business with. Place order online you aren’t waiting several business years like autozone up the road. Sean is always helpful when I’ve ordered. Suggestive but not pushy which is a fine balance!”

“I cracked my entire phone screen to the point that I thought there was no chance I wouldn’t have to give in and buy a new phone. I brought it in and he was very honest about the type of screen it needed, what it currently had (the wrong screen from a previous repair that I wasn’t aware was wrong) and what he could do for it. It took him 15 minutes and now my phone is even better than before it cracked! I’m very thankful for his honesty, helpfulness and genuine kindness. He gave me a case for it at no charge since the one I had was shot. Thanks for turning my awful day into a much better one!”

“I had two Sony portable reel-to-reel tape recorders from the mid-sixties that needed repair. John was just the person for the job.One recorder had audio issues and the other had tape transport problems. John was very thorough in his repairs, saved all the old parts to show me what he had replaced, and offered a warranty on his work. His repair prices were very reasonable, and I know for a fact he lost money on the deal, because he spent way more hours doing the work than what I paid him for. This guy is the real deal. He knows what he is doing, and doesn't charge you a bunch extra for unnecessary things. He's a real old-fashioned troubleshooter that knows all the tricks to fix things.”

“Actually enjoy this place a lot, mainly for the nostalgia factor it gives someone like myself who grew up on the old games and toys. The 5 star review is purely based on the kindness and knowledge that the guys here have. They bring that store to life and have an answer to any question you may have. Keep it up guys, love that these stores are still available to this day.”
