“Bought an item online at 7:40P. It said pickup in 15 mins. Got to the store at 7:55P. They said they didn’t have a forklift operator to pull the item and I’d have to come back the next day.
Update: I got a call from the store as soon as they opened the following day. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to deliver the grill right away. I had planned on swapping out propane tanks when I picked it up and they said they’d bring a propane tank with them for a swap out at no cost due to the inconvenience. Great customer service.”

“The parking for all of the businesses have one non wheelchair accessible handicap spot. I spoke with management about it because while I was there, in a span of 10 minutes, I saw two other people in top of my mother in wheelchairs. She says it's because they try to have handicap parking spots but the signs keep getting pulled down. If you are a handicap person, it would help them out if you contact the city over this and demand they do something about it. They apparently know who is doing it.”
