“I like this bank (although I don't love it). They do try to sneak in some fees but are happy to refund them if you catch them in time. I do like the fact that I can call them and immediately a real person picks up. When I have questions about my account, they don't even have to transfer me. Great service!”

“Although their corporate rules and mandates tie their hands as far as I can see, these ladies are outstanding. Being owned by a national Big bank makes it really hard to give small town service but these ladies find a way. This branch is the Chick-fil-A of bank branches. I know no higher compliment to give. PNC should use them as their customer service training location. Such personal attention paid. They deliver honor, dignity and respect every single time. I thought it was just for me but they are gracious, kind and professional to everyone??♂️??. Way to go, Waxahachie PNC!!”
“I took my elderly mother to this Waxahachie branch for a cash withdraw. The bank associates and manager were concerned there may be foul play due to her age, but ultimately handled the transaction in a very professional manner. I'm actually grateful they took the time to be concerned and did their due diligence in a courteous way.”
“I hardly ever go inside the wells fargo branch, but today I had the pleasure to meet Sonya. I express to Sonya the reason of my withdrawal for the day we were planning to make a money bouquet for my daughter's birthday. Sonya right away cheerfully said that she would do what she could to give me new bills in order to make bouquet standout. She came back and to my surprise she gather new bills neatly and made sure what she handed me was crisp new bills. Sonya went above normal customer service and I applaud her for that. “I came into the Waxahachie location at 2:45 and they were super busy but I had to stay and deposit a check from my Mom’s estate that day as I’d taken off work early to be there. The last customer left at 3:55 but Gabby stayed behind and helped me open an account after hours and I can’t express to her how grateful I am. She was taking time away from her family to help me out as were the other staff members waiting on her. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for going out of your way to help me. This is why I bank here.”
