“My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Verizon location! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help us. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure we left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention nowadays, and it really made a difference. The service was fast, efficient, and stress-free. We genuinely felt valued as a customer. We highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking for reliable service and a great customer experience!”

“I actually dislike going to Walmart...at least in the past. My last two trips here...seems like a new place. I had a young fella help me with 8 bags of soil to my car..the Walmart of the past you wouldn't have anyone offer. Then when I returned for a rush item need a week later...I asked an employee the location of an item..and she PLEASANTLY reaponded and looked up exact aisle for me. I am so happy that it seems this may be the norm to provide good customer service. Thank you walmart for having employees care about the customer!”
