Gilbert took his time explaining exactly how he could fix it, pricing etc. Issues came up during the repair process and not a dollar more was charged past the initial quote. I would pull a trailer and the back end would sag and often bottom out pulling in and out of gas stations.
They installed Airbags on the rear shocks and now we have no sagging, in fact you i cant even feel the trailer back there.
Benchmark Customs was a perfect 10 for me across the board.

“Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. I'd seriously consider promoting this woman and if make sure she is paid very well . Employees like her aren't heard of anymore. I appreciate youAudra. “Great choice for auto repair! Bumper, grill, and hood were all damaged during an accident, and Joe Hudson's made it look brand new. It took a little longer than initially quoted, but Joe Hudson's rejected an imperfect (new) hood, so that delayed delivery. Although not customary, an employee dropped me off and picked me up. Additionally, they detailed the car inside and out before I took delivery! I couldn't ask for better service.”

Friendly, knowledgeable, service oriented, fast and thorough, Frank's always exceeds expectations. A recent job that I fully expected to take 4-5 days was completed in two. They won my business years ago when I went in to find out how to remove some road tar from my new vehicle and they did it without charge. Great people!”
