“Came in to switch from Android to Apple. I’ve been an Android user for 15 years so I had a lot of questions. Kenai was extremely helpful and polite. He reminded me that other items would need to be switched over that I hadn’t even thought of! The transfer took a while and he was extremely patient and assisted other customers while we waited. Great experience with this transition!”

“Zack, Spenser, and Rudy provided outstanding customer service. After a long day at the Apple Store, what was supposed to be a simple battery replacement turned into a much bigger issue caused by the Apple technician. Thankfully, the team at T-Mobile stepped in and resolved everything by replacing my phone and even staying after hours to make sure it was properly set up. They truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need help again. Give them all a raise!”
