She is a great mail carrier in Bacliff / Kemah area when she’s out we don’t get our mail on correct address.
She’s very carrying, friendly, and gets along with everyone. And she doesn’t mind pick ups I have a lot sometimes she doesn’t complain a bit. We love her and miss her when she’s not around. Hands up for you Jen we appreciate all you do rain or shine.”

Any time I have a scare with a package being lost or stuck he calls me immediately the next day and gives me the updates he sees then makes sure it gets delivered to my door as soon as he gets it. Couldn't be happier with their services. Now if all post offices could be more like this one usps would be great again.”

Its a government building and we all know how government employees can be but I was quite surprised on how great of an attitude and service was compared to other USPS locations. “I stopped by early in the morning to send an Express Priority envelope that needed guaranteed overnight/2‑day delivery. I got there around 7:40 AM, and even though they don’t open until 8, they keep envelopes available inside near the lockers. That was actually really convenient. I was able to get everything filled out before the doors opened.
At 8:00 on the dot, they opened, and I was helped by Sharon. She was genuinely friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the differences between the Express and Priority options, including delivery times and pricing, and made sure I picked the right one for what I needed.
Overall, great service. Big thank‑you to Sharon for making the whole process smooth and easy.”
