We recently moved out of state and were thinking of using that other company that starts with a "P" ? and decided to go with UNITS instead per a recommendation from a Redditor and so happy we did! The people that work for Units are very personable and if you have questions they either answer when you call or they always get back to you soon after! We had such a great experience from drop-off to pick-up in both states and will definitely use them in the future!
Highly recommend Units if you are looking for something easy to schedule/set up and a company with employees that are not only super friendly but communicate every step of the way!”

I found the facility to be clean and well kept and the staff to be courteous and very helpful .Recently, I needed to store my truck for the month of June while out of town. “I've been using storage facilities for the past 23 years (9 different ones, to be exact). I've been at Hometown Self Storage now for about 1.5 years and it is by FAR the BEST facility I've used! No doubt about it! A definite 12, on a scale of 1-10! The property is always clean and taken care of. Brian and all the staff are super friendly, willing to help, and treat you like a friend the moment you walk thru the door. The prices are good too! They don't raise them every 3 months like other places I've been. In fact, they don't even raise the prices every year! Plus, they give you a free brand new lock when you move in! I wouldn't use any other facility! Highly recommend Hometown Self Storage! I love it there and I'm certain anyone else would too! Why settle for less somewhere else???
My only wish is that I had 24 hour access. But, I still can't really complain about that..... They are still accessible from 6am to 9pm ?”

“I have had 2 interactions with Gilbert recently. I had one at the front desk and his customer service skills are over the top awesome along with Ms. Kathy! He made my day so easy. He was very helpful. The next was in the back entrance while I was accessing my unit. He was sweeping and was again so friendly! He was sweeping the halls while making his safety rounds. It's nice to know the people here care about my unit and personal property. It was nice to have a friendly face and a little refreshing positive small talk on a very long day. I have had a few storage units and THIS Bee Safe makes me feel that my belongings are very safe. It sure helps on how clean this place is. Its a white glove storage facility for sure!”
