“Although appointments are booked out pretty far for almost any location; I was able to snag one at 7 AM to weeks out. I arrived at around 6:45 AM and was the first patient seen at 7. (there was a short line of 4 people when they opened the door.) I usually have a lot of anxiety with getting my blood drawn and more often than not, I passed out. At this location it was super quick, efficient and painless. I was back in my car ready to leave at 7:12! thanks ladies.”

“Excellent service! Although I didn’t realize it , I walked in at closing time. The staff greeted me and were very kind even when they found out I didn’t have my orders! I felt welcome especially by the one employee at the front desk who searched for my Dr’s order and had to call the dr’s office! Again it was now past closing time but I was treated like it was midday. I was so impressed!”

They gave me good advice over the phone, tested my guy when he came in, and took time to help me understand the results when they came in soon after. I am really indebted to these guys and how they handled me and my employee.”

“Easiest blood draw ever- didn’t feel a thing!
A student from ACC called me back at first to draw my blood, but when she couldn’t feel my vein she felt comfortable enough to ask for help which made me feel at ease.
My orders were also faxed over from my doctor’s office, but they weren’t in the computer yet. The phlebotomist actually took the time to manually enter the orders so I could get my labs done since I had been fasting ??
I came in right at 8:30am, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.”

“This location of CPL is clean and quiet. It’s a bit hard to find in the building because of little-to-no signage. Be sure to check the hours to make sure you’re not arriving during their lunch break when they are closed.”
“Amongst the negative experiences I had a more positive one which is what compelled me to write this review. I arrived early as was requested in my testing email (definitely don’t be late, they have a strict time schedule to follow so they won’t let you in). The parking lot is for a shopping plaza so parking near the right entrance proved to be a bit difficult. All of the people working were very kind and guided me and other test takers through the process. I was nervous due to the bad experiences but things went smoothly. One test taker was sent home due to their phone going off during the test so definitely just leave it in your car to not risk it. During the test, other workers would walk in and out of the room so that was definitely distracting.As far as the exam went the proctors did their best to observe everyone, 6 testers/ 1 proctor. Go in prepared and ready to take your test (set yourself up for success). While testing I realized some of my supplies were missing (for 3 sections!) but I went through the motions to still get points. When all was said and done they handed us our test results as we walked out the door and I am grateful to have passed.”
