“My experience at recovery lab was amazing !I really wanted to try cryotherapy and they made this experience smooth. You can listen music and while you are doing your cryotherapy and times flies, I can assure you that you won’t feel cold at all if you focus in the music.They installation itself is clean and well distributed. The infrared sauna is a good experience and helps with stress and muscle inflammation. I will definitely come back again.thank you so much ✌?”

“My experience was not bad at all. All of the employees were very nice and had me checked in and at my testing desk within 10 minutes. The facility was clean and quiet and I was able to concentrate the whole 4 hours of my test. Computer program was easy to use. I recommend reading all of the facility rules and instructions before getting to PSI test sight so you glide right through the check in process. (Yes I passed :-) Good luck!!”
“Really great for early morning appointments. The staff is kind and very helpful. I always go before 8:30 am and have a good experience. Of course as a walk in you wait a little but the wait is very manageable. Remember to be nice to the front desk staff and your phlebotomist, they're doing their best.”

“Very quick! I called to see the wait time for a walk in and they answered almost instantly. They said 20-25 min wait, but it was only about 10 minutes for a walk in. The lady who drew my blood did amazing zero pain (I hate needles) and talked to me to help distract me. I was in and out before I even realized. It also felt very clean. Next time I have to get my blood draw. I will definitely come back. Thank you! Oh and the results came back same day!”
“Urdanka is the most amazing phlebotomist. As someone who has to have labs frequently, I'm still...and always will be...get nervous prior to draws. Urdanka knows me, calms me, and successfully gets vials with barely leaving a mark on my arm. I've had several horrible experiences before; multiple attempted jabs, bruise the size of an orange, etc. (including at an oncologist's office!). Using CPL is also very convenient. They don't take appointments, so just walk in. All of my physicians can send orders to one place, so its "one stop shopping" so-to-speak. The read return times are also record fast. And, CPL recently created a "patient" portal that provides easy access to your results without having to be contacted by your doctor. To address a few comments/complaints some others have made: Yes, there is usually only one person in the office. If that person is with a person they are not able to answer the phone. I advice employing a little patience. Someone will pick up. Simply call back. After using this location for almost five years, I have NEVER seen more than two other people waiting...never. I have never spent longer than 20 minutes from start to finish. Color me perplexed. As a [unfortunate] "regular," I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
