“I never thought I’d be motivated to leave a review for a CPL, but here we are. I usually go to the Forest Creek location, which feels a bit like going through TSA without PreCheck the day before Thanksgiving.
This time I stopped by the Medical Oaks location on a Thursday morning without an appointment. There was one person in the waiting room, my information was verified in under a minute, and I was in the chair for my blood draw within two.
Kendall was the real highlight. She was professional, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. Somehow she turned a chore I’d been putting off for weeks into an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Shout out to Kendall and the team for making a mundane errand feel seamless.”

“I've had to get my blood drawn a bunch of times recently and this site has made the process very convenient. It's often one phlebotomist there and he is extremely efficient and has always been able to get blood on the first try with no pain. I've only had to wait one time for about 15 minutes, but it's generally very quick (under 30 minutes so I don't have to pay for parking).”

“I just left CPL at Southwest Medical Village to get my blood drawn for labs, and Chelsea was INCREDIBLE! She was quick, efficient, and literally painless. Usually (in the past) when I need my blood drawn, it takes so many people to try and find a vein and I leave bruised up and hurting. NOT THIS TIME, because Chelsea found a vein on the first try! I sighed a breath of relief when she got my vein, and so easily, too. If anyone is ever worried about getting blood drawn for whatever reason, just ask for Chelsea and she will take care of you! Thank you so much!”

“This CPL location is small, but not well known. It is across from the carwash facing east. I only had to wait 5 minutes before I went back for my blood tests. The person who took my blood was very good. They usually have trouble finding a vein, but she found the vein the first time.”

“Went there for insurance purpose. Quiet little office park with plenty of parking on a Friday morning. The office is bare but clean, only 3 (yes only 3) chairs in the waiting area. One nice lady got my info and promptly take me to an exam room for basic vital signs, labs works was done professionally by a new/nice employee. Over all a great experiences.”
