“I just had my OnePlus 7T repaired at this shop and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. My port wasn't recognizing the charging wire, and the battery was completely dead but giving me only the battery error with "x" screen intermittently.I came in at just before 1pm and he was able to get my phone repaired same day. He even had it charged to 100% because I had fallen asleep. Great repair, looked over everything to make sure it was functional, and definitely purchased a new block plus cord too.I would highly recommend this shop and will be returning if I ever need anything repaired.”

“Trevor is an excellent store manager and made what would've been a multi-step issue to fix a breeze.So we went in for a phone replacement due to an accident that occurred during a vacation and Trevor was able to diagnose our issue and provide the best service imaginable to help us get a new phone and have it set up. Despite set backs and needing to work with multiple workarounds just to get the phone set up he was absolutely patient the entire way and made the time fly by. Honestly excellent customer service and will be returning for future assistance. 10/10 no notes.”

I'd been struggling with some In store reps & on the phone nonsense with AT&T – felt like I was talking to people who just pretended to care . Marlena is unique and actually read the situation,so i wouldn't repeat myself ! I couldn't believe she took the time to understand where I was coming from.
Then, she broke everything down for me in a way that actually made sense.! Finally, someone who gets it.

Eddie helped me by looking up my phone info, calling the insurance company, and booking me an appointment with "Ubreakifix."
I was waiting for a ride after I completed my business and Eddie took the time (and patience) to sit with me and chat while I waited.
I have always had good experiences at this store and today was more of the same great service.

“Sean is diversely intelligent,
charming, patient professional. He taught me how to use apps & features.He was aware of my desires and my needs. He found me the perfect protective cover for my new cell with and even put it on for me. As I was leaving, he set up the page to set up Google Assistant when I got home. He is devoted to AT&T and his customers.
I don't what his salary is,but I DO know excellent customer service when I see it, especially post Covid. AT&T doesn't want to lose this employee. He deserves a raise.
If the staff is ½ as good as he is then I highly recommend this store. They care about their customers.
