“This was as smooth as it gets, I scheduled, they were there on time for pickup, the driver said the duration for the shipment, I emailed for a status update and was told delivery within 24 hours. My doorbell rang with my Herman Miller chair in perfect condition in the scheduled time I was told. Flawless!!! I read through the negative reviews before I shipped and my wife and I couldn’t help but notice most complaints were about not getting the driver directly, if I had a shipping company, you won’t be speaking to my drivers either, that just leads to chaos, if they are off schedule then I see a reason to communicate but other than that, let them do their job!!Awesome experience, and I’ll be using them for my return run next years. “I worked here for a few years and I had a great time. I've worked at many print shops and this was the best one by far. If you've worked in a print shop before then you know it can be hit or miss. The environment was relaxed and the people all had a great sense of humor. It's a smaller shop but that's a good thing. You're not in a huge warhouse like some other shops where you grind away on one meaningless task for 8 hours. There's a variety of things you'll do and everyone helps each other out. They don't do any marketing so the customers who come in have all been doing business with them for a long time. You do get the stray bad customer but overall not bad. Oh and the owner buys food for everyone on Friday's so that's a nice bonus.”
“I had a return for Amazon for a large bed that cost 300$. I found out here that the shipping label I had required 300$ worth of postage. Micheal helped me greatly in figuring out what I would have to do to get this thing back to the seller. I highly recommend these stores and this particular location for any of your printing or shipping needs. In the end it only cost me 3 dollars to get the issue resolved.”

“Excellent service in this shop by Edwin Pineda and Tabatha Chaney. An elderly gentleman who needed documents notarized for business in SC received excellent attention from these employees at this location, and was also aided by another regular customer of the shop. Not only was the gentleman able to get the task completed, but Mr. Pineda was also very thorough in making sure the client was fully aware of what he was signing. This was a huge step in completing a pending matter.”
“We have a mailbox at this UPS store. All the staff are amazing! Ralph, Chelsa, David, and Kristy are so friendly and efficient. The store is always clean, light, and bright, and well-stocked. They even have a self-service area for Amazon returns so you don’t have to wait in line. The mail service is great - they receive all our mail and packages. They also provide notary services. Highly recommend!”

Skip the huge, impersonal big-name companies where they charge you rush fees and take a few days, even locally. Harold is a pleasure to do business with, and if you're a small business in Austin, you should be using Southside for your printing!”

I frequently go to get large format documents printed, to ship stuff, and, more importantly, to drop off a bunch of returns that are going via all three carriers - USPS, UPS, and FedEx - they accept them all! So convenient and they are so nice. Even told me where to go to get cheaper boxes when I tried to buy a bunch of their boxes for moving :)”

The package arrived in 2 days, at less than half the cost it would have been through UPS. AND they were all very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back.”

“I received a damaged package at my house. It had boot marks on it from someone standing on it. It was a fairly well packaged radiator clearly marked fragile. I brought it to this Fedex location as I was not going to open and inspect it and wanted it returned as a damaged refusal. Marwan advised and put a label on the package as such. I was annoyed at the whole situation and Marwan was very patient and professional going so far as to apologize for the situation which he clearly did not cause. 100% professional.”

“OMG. I am so grateful that I discovered this place. I am also embarrassed that I didn’t know about it, because I’m a loyal Southwest customer. We live in Puerto Rico, and always have a hard time shipping things over there. These guys will ship most of your items at a very reasonable price, and they will do it safely on an airplane. The ladies in the office are extremely nice. It is your typical Southwest friendliness. I highly recommend.”

Only two people work at this store and they are both incredibly friendly and very good at what they do, they will take care of you for whatever need you have. “Since I work from home I've used this location for a number of services including package shipping & tracking, Amazon returns and (incredibly important) notary signatures. I've never had a bad customer experience. The team are all very helpful and lines are rarely long. That Parking Lot can sometimes be a hassle during peak lunch times but mostly you're in-and-out very quickly.”
“I am an event planner and we need mounted posters printed same day for an event per a client’s request. Cory was amazing and assured me if we got our order in he could make it happen! They had 3 foam boards printed in 2 hours and were ready far before the time we requested! Would use them again for print services!”
“I’m sure the complaints and bad experiences are valid. But I went here expecting the worst and they were great. Michelle was friendly. So was the other lady the last 2 times I’ve gone. It probably depends on who is helping you and how much you need them to do vs self service. Good amount of parking too for a place on the drag. I counted about 15 spaces in their parking lot.”
