“We have a mailbox at this UPS store. All the staff are amazing! Ralph, Chelsa, David, and Kristy are so friendly and efficient. The store is always clean, light, and bright, and well-stocked. They even have a self-service area for Amazon returns so you don’t have to wait in line. The mail service is great - they receive all our mail and packages. They also provide notary services. Highly recommend!”

“Sarah (and Rodolpho) were very helpful and patient! There was a line, but it is January 3rd. The customers in front of me were being rude and belligerent and I just did my best to not be confrontational. As Sarah helped me, I talked to her a little bit, and learned she works here and is also a part time waitress. These people don’t get paid or appreciated anywhere near enough! As someone who also works in customer service, I was very glad I got to help her by being kind and supportive! A smile and patient customer goes a LONG way!”

“This is one of the few and only locations that does FedEx in LakewayTucked away at the Randal shopping center and ran by a friendly Indian husband and wife with their kids.They do mailboxes as well as UPS shipping and USPS shipping which is extremely helpful since like why really doesn't have that many other options for this and you always get in and out pretty darn quickly which is an advantage compared to going elsewhereKeep in mind that they are registered UPS FedEx and USPS vendors with the own boxes in shipping but because of that they have their own shipping rates of which are going to vary from any business account to do may have if you went directly to FedEx or UPSThat being said I was friendly greeted helped and able to get what I need it shipped off in and out in less than 10 minutes very gratefulThey even took the time to go over with me different shipping options across the board of FedEx ups and USPS which was extremely helpfulThey have handicap accessibility and plenty of parking highly recommend them if you needing a shipping option and avoid all the other FedEx drop offs because those are unreliableThey will easily accept your package and get you a receipt for drop-offs as wellNo public restroom”

“Definitely my "go to" USP store. I find myself going out of my way to use this branch specifically. Recently Wyatt helped me return Spectrum equipment and made sure I got my paperwork needed to prove my return to spectrum, even though I would have otherwise been happy to just drop the equipment and leave to avoid the lines during the holidays. I'm glad he did because I'm seeing that spectrum is still charging me for the equipment we returned and now thanks to Wyatt, I have the ammunition I need to call them up and get a refund. Thanks Wyatt!!!”

“After placing a decent sized order at Bath and Body Works and receiving my tracking information, I realized I had never heard of the shipping company. Once I googled and saw the reviews, I was anxious as to whether or not I would even receive my package. I was constantly checking the status of the shipment on the website. Although it took two days after placing my order to receive my tracking information (seems standard), updates were made regularly. I actually got more and more accurate updates from them than I did from the original shipping company. However, I live in Houston. Considering Newgistics is located in Austin I would have been disappointed if it happened any other way. Ultimately took a total of five business days for me to receive my package. All in all pleased! But seems like I was one of the lucky ones”
