“Hello, I’m new to the Fort Worth area, I was praying for a honest , thorough, mechanic. I read the reviews on this place. OMG!!!! In my opinion our reviews are not doing this place justice. Steve the owner and the employees are kind and professional. The customer service are a cut above what I’ve personally experienced. For me It’s has been hard to find mechanics to see as a person instead of $$$$. Not saying all have treated me in this manner but my passed experiences has left me skeptical. I rarely write reviews, I just think this place is review worthy. They didn’t look at me as a dollar sign. Thank you, Steve and company.”

“I needed 2 front tires and my usual place discontinued the ones I get from them and I couldn't afford the others. I went to another used/new tire spot that didn't have my size and was feeling discouraged. It was set too rain the entire week and I needed these tires bad. One was almost bald and the other had a nail on it. I Googled the closest place on the next day and 2 spots came up. I read most reviews on both and they were good but chose this one. I'm glad I did. They had my size in used and the prize was affordable. I was quoted one price for the matching pair, but the workers and owner weren't pleased with the the thread (in my opinion was fine for used) so the price was dropped. When I say that was a blessing...yes it was. I suggest you try them fir yourself when in need for tires. They have been in business for over 40yrs and I see why...God is good.”

“I hit something in the road and bent my rim and blew out my tire. Alfredo came to my house took the tire put on my spare for me. A few hours later picked up the rim and tire and instal. Such a wonderful job! Can’t see where he fixed rim! I was SO worried that the rim was gonna be trash! Cat drives great! Great price, above and beyond customer service and VERY good price! Thank you SO MUCH!”
“I went by several weeks ago late in the day to have them check my wheel bearings. They checked and didn't charge me. Discussed front end brake job. We discussed that due to mileage. Turning rotors would be good idea. Today, I went by about 230. Had not expected to have work today. They were able to replace my pads and upon looking at rotors, found they did not need to be turned. This saved me $50 and about 2 hours time. Had brakes changed and did another car inspection in about 30 minutes. ?I will return for oil change in the future.”
“I had an unfortunate experience this weekend to wake up and find my tire flat.. it’s a sunday & i was worried that i wouldn’t be able to get anything done. i walked into this location of NTB & they were sooo helpful. “Went in yesterday around 3pm and the guys pulled my truck in as soon as I showed up told them what I wanted done and they did exactly that. Spoke with a guy named Jared, was nice that they didn’t try to make me buy tires and all that. He did show me that the front tires were wearing a bit different than the back tires but all is good. Great work.”

“I went to Discount tire yesterday after having a leak in my tire! I had gone through a bad experience someone else prior to me ending up here and that experience mess my situation up even worse but From the time I arrived from the time I left I experienced nothing short of an amazing experience with the guys at the Camp Bowie location! I was in tears and one guy name Jordan even hugged me and assured me everything was going to be ok! He evaluated my jeep and told me exactly what I needed and I appreciate him! He made sure I got a new tire and I also encountered Dakota one of the managers and he made sure I wasn’t leaving there without new lug nuts which I truly needed! Job well done guys!!
