“I've purchased two bikes from Mike at Royal Enfield of Fort Worth, one a few years ago as it was on sale, but more recently a new RE Meteor 650. I have purchased other bikes from a much closer dealer in Plano Texas, but they have started adding way too many dealer made up costs, and that makes buying bikes from them a painful experience.Mike only adds a set fee for delivery and commissioning of the bike, and he is honest and personable, and is how a dealership should be. I will be buying more bikes from him in the future, and even joined his waitlist for the new RE Himalayan. If you want a great service at a fair OTR price, I would not hesitate in giving him a call. His servicing costs also reflect the same qualities and fair pricing, and will save you more than the gas money to visit him from North Dallas locations.”
“I thought the liner looked great they did and 5 star review worthy job already on my RAM gooseneck dually when I picked it up yesterday. Today, my mobile mechanic of over 10-years (who has to work on the truck) started doing cheetah-flips, he was so happy with it. The way (with surgical precision) they blocked-off any liner from getting on the ball and hook assemblies so as to still cover the bed, but not interfere with adjustments and operation of these assemblies; and somehow avoided covering with liner (perhaps by first removing) the mounting screws to the inner tailgate service plate (where he can still get in there and work if he needs to without damaging the liner) had him thrilled. He was expecting to have to deal with the issues he's had to deal with with spray-in liners in the past. No doubt he will be sending them more trucks. They didn't just get in there a gob a bunch of liner on with a spray gun. I had lower quotes but I'm glad I went with these guys. Great Job!”

“Had a great experience at AutoZone Wednesday. Jorge helped us with our Acura SUV. He was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our SUV is an older model MDX so he ran our car through the motions… battery testing, check engine light testing, recommendations, and referrals. I learned a lot about my car just hanging around Jorge, I can tell he cares about the customers, loves automobiles, and has a real passion for making sure both are in tip top shape. I was really happy he provided our service. We’d verbally thanked him and said our goodbyes but after we left out to head to one of the local mechanics he’d recommended for repair our battery drained out yet again so we went back in to let Jorge know and within seconds he rushed out with a charge machine to boost it up again for us. I know he wasn’t wearing a cape, but in my eyes, in that moment, I imagined he did because he’s our hero ?♂️. He likely treats all customers with the same level of service and care, and these days it’s unfortunate people don’t take out time to bother with positive reviews on great service so I just wanted to take a moment to speak for all of them and show a bit of formal recognition and gratitude to workers like Jorge that selflessly give 110% because in this day and age it is rare to see that in a retail space anymore. “Customer service was okay…ordered tires and received no paperwork. Asked to take pic of order info and told ab a day to two days…I returned to just check to see if it was in. I never received notification it was in. It had been almost 2 days so I was just checking. I had called a few times and could never reach anyone in auto. The first guy that helped me asked what kind of tire it was. I said I didn’t know but I had the order number and it’s for my Traverse. He said you don’t know what kind of tire you ordered? I was taken aback for a second but just said no, but I knew it was for my Chevy Traverse and I had the order info. He ended up finding the tire. The wait wasn’t bad and I liked how Walmart notifies you when your car is being worked on and complete. Should add outlets and maybe Netflix for people having to wait.”
