There is no customer service here. I tried to open an account a year ago and couldn’t get anyone to wait on me without an appointment days later. They have closed the business account where I work on multiple occasions for no explainable reason. RUN from this bank!!

I absolutely hate this bank. Their atms are ALWAYS down. Both of them. And when you complain about it the workers just laugh about it. Definitely looking for a new bank.

I want to open an account here, and tried calling to get information (for over half an hour). No one will even pick up the phone.
