“Went in looking for something particular and the ladies who run the shop were very friendly and helpful. They introduced themselves and showed me around first which added to the experience. I decided after they gave me the grand tour, i decided to first browse on my own then when I needed help they were right there to help. Will be going back. It’s a Gem for sure!”

But this buying experience was the best I've ever had due to the attention to detail given me by the salesperson, Dee. She made sure that they fit as they should and used the foot scanner to show me how my feet were positioned in my boots. She is one of the main reasons I decided to purchase them so quickly. She is a great asset to the Red Wing brand.”

“Very unique selection with a variety of basic sporting goods such as baseball gloves and such. I think your money is better spent at Academy for sporting goods but the apparel is worth looking at. Good selection of under armour and the North face.”

She was amazing at her job, and then i find out its only her 3rd day???? Beyond impressed.
The rest of the staff were very friendly, and helped me look at some other items, while Maddi took care of my daughter.
They even stayed past closing time, to make sure we had everything we needed.
I havent shopped at the Buckle in years, but after the experience we just received, i will 100% be back.

“Carlos helped me try on multiple shoes for my specific foot needs as I tend to pronate and supinate a lot when running and walking. He was very patient with me as I asked to try on multiple shoes for my specific needs. I ended up ordering a shoe that they didn't have in store and he helped me get a personal insole that helps my walking problem. Thank you to Carlos and all the employees there, if you need help with shoes definitely come here as they'll get your right!”
