“I love coming here it’s a small store (a plus). And the ladies in there will actually give you an honest opinion on how something looks on you before you buy it. Since I usually shop alone this is a big help; just because I like a certain outfit doesn’t mean it’s flattering on me. If they’re out of your size they can order it and always offer. It’s one of my favorite stores due to great service.”

“JCPENNEY at Sikes Center in Wichita Falls is a nice, clean store. They have a small selection of clothing for the "plus-sized" woman. Tall women are unequally represented. I am both of those aforementioned.There are plenty of other places to shop for men, children, and youth clothing. Also, bedding, kitchen, and bath.The department store, at this location, actually has carts to carry multiple purchases and impulse buys.For a small town like Wichita Falls this is a good place for better quality fashion.The cashier was pleasant and kind. She talked with us and we had a good laugh!”

Toni, I appreciate the help, hard work, and your time for helping me.Today, I had to go back to the mall and exchange my bars. I felt so bad walking into the store and seeing Toni face because of all the hard work she did to help me find some bars that would work, unfortunately none of the bars worked for me. Toni, Brooklynn, and Amber gave there awesome customer service again and I left the store with three pairs of jeans that I was very pleased with. My only disappointment was that the sizes were pretty picked over, so in the women's there were mostly extra small, small and medium in the sale items, and in the men's there were few mediums available. Otherwise, I was very happy with the experience.”

“OMG I died and gone to heaven I love the clothes and the prices I swear I got a jumper, a 2 piece short n top, 2 leggings, 3 hair clips, a floral top and it was only $50!!! I mean come on I look good and the prices are low and the styles are unique and the owner is so freaking nice and helpful what more can I ask for. This is my new go to store for myself and gifts for my female family and friends. I just moved here so I'm sure you all know how fabulous this store is by now but I'm so excited to have found it”

“It's time I have put in a review for this company that I have used for YEARS. They have wonderful things for my model train hobby. But it is their customer service that is beyond anyone else.
