“It's time I have put in a review for this company that I have used for YEARS. They have wonderful things for my model train hobby. But it is their customer service that is beyond anyone else. They are always ready to talk to me when I call with a question or an order. If I have an issue, they work with me on it. I've never been disappointed. There are so few model train companies these days and some (who know there are not many in town and are just greedy) are just not worth dealing with. We are grateful every day for AJC Kids.”

She was amazing at her job, and then i find out its only her 3rd day???? Beyond impressed.
The rest of the staff were very friendly, and helped me look at some other items, while Maddi took care of my daughter.
They even stayed past closing time, to make sure we had everything we needed.
I havent shopped at the Buckle in years, but after the experience we just received, i will 100% be back.
