“I bought a mattress after receiving excellent service from Chris. Unfortunately after measuring the mattress, it was too tall to work on the bed frame we purchased. I went back to Chris with David supporting and they helped me find a mattress of the same quality with a lower profile. I was able to exchange the mattress and save a few dollars with their assistance. Great job guys!”

“We purchased a wood burning stove to augment our central heat after the big freeze a few years ago. It was a good experience from purchase to installation. The owner who did the installation was honest enough to charge less than his initial estimate because everything during the install went nice and easy and he finished quickly. It's been in for two winters now and we love the stove. It keeps the large poorly insulated house warm and the electric heaters don't have to work nearly as hard, even without electricity this house would be livable. I highly recommend this company for any similar purchase and installation. Money well spent.”

“This place is great! They were able to copy a key that Lowes, Home Depot, and Walmart could not. And they also had some specialty fuses for our car that O'Reilly and Advanced did not have. Total for both, less than $10! The people were super friendly and helpful. As a woman, these places can often be a bit condescending, but these men were all just so polite! Thanks so much!”

“First visit to Conn's. The staff was very helpful and informative. The only issue was I could buy the same stove for $350 less at the local Home Depot (combined price, delivery, and carry off). We will go back anytime we need something for the house, but since we guard the dollars they need to be within $100 on a purchase to actually capture our business”

“Cashiers and Staff are always helpful; especially checking for products that may not be on the shelf but are in the back... They have really good/great deals if you watch for specials... I've bought quite a few products (workbenches, hand tools, gun cases, inverter, tarps/moving blankets, handheld electric planer, etc.) and can only think of one product that failed... An electronic fly 'swatter' that had the button break... NBD though, it still worked I just had to press harder... Sometimes they have a small blue LED light that they give away or sell for like .99... I love those!! I don't love the light switch lights as much though because they drain the batteries too fast even when not used very often....”
