“I honestly don't understand why this store has understand 4 stars!!!??? Yall crazy! Lemme recommend you to the BEST UPS store EVER! YOU WANT TO GO HERE. I AM NOT impressed with Conroe postal service as a local but UPS I KNOW will get my packages sent to family wrapped well, delivered and the employees are just wonderful folks. I grew up on the east coast with a trusted local UPS store and so it is fantastic to find a store with equal caliber of warmth, understanding and teamwork recommendations on printing too for some of my crazy art projects. “This place does everything. I get blueprints copied here often. Reasonable pricing and generally no waiting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the customers can be difficult, but from my observations it's not the staff fault that the customer doesn't know about what they can and can't ship or how the recipient will accept returns and such. Amazon, for example, has different rules for different kinds of returns. This place handles bad situations carefully and gracefully. They can only do what they are allowed to do, anything else would get your package lost or rejected by the recipient. These people are great at helping you navigate the complicated process from most online retailers like Amazon and eBay. They don't lie and aren't being difficult. They are more than willing to help. Don't take your frustrations out on them, they are seriously trying to help.”
