They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done correctly. It’s not always easy to find such helpful and kind service, but they truly went above and beyond.”

“The establishment truly upholds the "MORE" aspect of its name. Their customer service extends beyond mere mailing services. I visited the store and explained my situation, inquiring if they could assist me in obtaining video footage that would be beneficial for my claim. Without any hesitation, the person in charge invited me to come back. He demonstrated remarkable patience as it took approximately 30 minutes to locate the specific information I required. Furthermore, he displayed great compassion throughout the process. The least I can do in return is to write a review to shed light on the exceptional individuals working at this establishment, even though I did not ultimately utilize their services. I express my sincere gratitude for their assistance.”

“I was going to write a bad review but changed my mind because I got a more efficient lady than the manager. I went to the post office to ask for a mailbox key two months ago. I was told it would take four weeks which is fine with me but after six weeks I have not received anything. I went to the post office. The gentleman manning the counter told me the postman would bring my mail that was on hold the next day and I still have not received anything. I called the 1800 number and was helped by a nice lady. I got an email from the manager which I reply to no avail. I sent four more emails to no avail. Today I called 1800 and then 936. I got a lady who took care of everything quickly. I received my mailbox keys within two hours. I wish I had asked her name because she took care of business unlike the manager. Thank you very much ma'am. The five stars belong to you.”
