“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Nick at Metro PCS on Ovilla Road in Red Oak because the experience genuinely stood out. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and actually listened instead of rushing me through like most places do.
What really impressed me was how fast he worked without ever making me feel like I was just another customer. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options before making any decisions. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and compassionate, which is rare to find these days.
You can tell he cares about helping people, not just making a sale. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly way better than I expected. If you’re going to this location, ask for Nick—you won’t regret it.”
