“R Works is the place let me tell you! Henry was super consistent and informative when letting me know progress on my scatpack! My wife’s car got t boned as well while my car was in the shop and they fixed my wife’s car EXPEDITIOUSLY so that we didn’t have to keep spending money on a rental vehicle. He even pointed out previous repairs that were done by the dealership and worked on things that the dealership should’ve worked on? they also gave me a discount of $300 on my deductible when my car was finished”

They worked with my insurance to complete the claim and receive payment. The staff called with updates and was very accommodating. Repair was completed on time as promised.”
“I went to the Auto Zone on Nacogdoches Rd. to replace my windshield wiper blades, simple right?! Well the blades I purchased were quite different from the ones that were on my car.
I went back to the store, because I thought there was a missing piece in the package of the blades. Carlos V. helped me figure things out with the installation. It took him about 30 seconds to install the blades. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Carlos for your help.”

I did not get her name but both times that I physically went into the Blanco location the receptionist also had wonderful customer service and was very attentive in explaining things to me and etc. 10/10 experience and would definitely recomend this location.”

“When my check engine light came on I went to a mechanic and he told me I had a gas tank leak and would have to replace my gas tank. Since I didn’t smell gas fumes; I decided to go here and explained my situation tons great Customer Service Rep Her name was Lawanda. She plugged the machine into my car and told me it said it was my gas cap. She was so wonderful and fixed my problem saving me lots of money. Please go to this store and ask for her. I will always go back this location and may call before I come to make sure she is working.”
“I was happy with my experience here. I picked this place initially because they work directly with USAA, and they were able to take my car in that day. They are also located right next to an enterprise which was very convenient! The only minor downside was that my car was projected to be finished on a Friday and they did not communicate to me until that Friday evening that the part they needed hadn’t even arrived yet, which was frustrating because I arranged my entire schedule around being able to pick up my car at their notice. However, it was finished just a few days later. Aside from communication, I was still very satisfied and would definitely come back.”

“My 6.0 powerstroke blew a head gasket (Surprise). I shopped around and I decided on TSD due to their reviews and my interactions with them.
I had to have a complete rebuild and I’ve been very happy with their work. That was a couple of years ago and my truck is running like a champ. It obviously wasn’t cheap but they worked with me and I feel that I certainly got my moneys worth. I’ve since taken my truck back to them for service and installation of other components. I would definitely recommend Truck Source Diesel to anyone.”
