“Costco has great deals, but the system for checking out is flawed. The self check out line is probably 75ft long and 1 person directing traffic like a cop. The issue is that the long lime blocks traffic flow throw the aisles near check out. It is annoying for people in line and shoppers. There should be a marked line for self checkout to avoid unnecessary customer confusion and frustration.”

“My wife and I had a great experience at this store. Beto was a very nice and made the shopping experience pleasant. He introduced himself when we walked in the store but he didn't hover around which was really nice. But he was always ready to answer any questions we had. We ended up purchasing a sofa and Beto made the process very smooth.”

“It is a good place to deliver, especially because of the staff. As soon as we arrived, they attended to us and assigned us a dock The download is not very fast but the time is considerable. It took about an hour and a half. Also, when it is finished, they have to make a payment for the pallets that were lowered.”
“It was a little confusing in here, but most of the people were very nice. After I went to the truck check in center (5863 Rittiman Road), they sent me to this part of the H-E-B complex which is on several different roads that are in the area off of Rittiman. They give you a door, and you break your seal and back into the dock. After you're done docking then you go to the receiving office near door# 174. You wait for the greenlight and then go get your paperwork. It's a little tight in there, and it's high traffic, too. I don't understand why they designed the flow of the activities by all parties like this. The guys moving trailers should not have to wait on outside carriers to get in and get out of their dock doors. Just personally, I would have designed the building and flow of traffic differently. I was there for quite a while, but not anymore than I end up being at any other places.”

I may have mispronounced her name, but I’ve been picking up and delivering loads for Amazon for the past 4 years, and I’ve never come across someone who loves their job and performs it with such excellence. She is incredibly respectful and professional. Unfortunately, at some Amazon facilities, we’re often made to feel less than human—but Natasha is a refreshing exception. I truly wish more employees were like her. If she were in a top management position, I believe things would be far more organized and respectful across the board. ???”

GO TO FIRST!! 5863 RITTIMAN RD. They have on-site parking yard and that's where you check in to be told what door to go to. Go inside office, get a text message to address and door number after you check in... DO NOT GO ANY OTHER PLACE EXCEPT HERE FIRST. The text will give you new facilty to go to and door number. Then follow instructions. If the yard is full, there are plenty of side roads all around factory to park on and rest. Business park rd has lots of side street parking to sleep.”

“I have to give this ace 5 stars. My appt was at 5pm. I arrived at 4:30pm and was checked in, through security gates, docked, and getting unloaded by 5:45pm.
I still consider myself a new driver only having 7 months of drive time. There was so much room to maneuver and back in I had no issues. I still have issues in an empty parking lot when backing so this says alot. But I appreciate the timely manner that they got to me and unloaded.”

“This NOT a review but a correction on some of these guys saying to go to the other address. Not all the trucks go to that truck processing lot. I went there as you all said and when I checked in they said you have to be a the other address which was the 4300 Industry Park.

And if you don’t have to or you charge very very good to go to HEB San Marcos, don’t go. They are a mess!!”

“Came here to get nail supplies for my girlfriends birthday. Soooo many choices. One of the employees helped me find a gift for her. They were so helpful. Alot of the stuff you need a license but they helped me with what I could buy. I wasn’t expecting the large selection of blind boxes either. Went home with a smiski lol”
