“Got in my car to go to work Monday morning, and car wouldn't start. Message received from Onstar stated battery extremely low. Got a jump start from my husband and drove straight to O'Reilly's. Pete got right on it. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He replaced my battery (didn't look easy). I was on my way in no time, and was only 40 minutes late to work. Pete is an exemplary employee. O'Reilly's is lucky to have him.”
“The whole process of fixing my vehicle was great. First thing he did was inspect my vehicle with me and tell me what repairs he needed to do and why .Then he gave me a good estimate of what it would cost and he is very fair about his prices. After that he took around 1-2 days to put new parts on and paint my car. Great and Friendly Service would definitely recommend!”

“Went in for a few bulbs no issues. I would look myself but knew it would take much longer to find if I did it myself. Young man helped.me I showed him the tail light bulbs I needed and he very quickly grabbed them and rung us up.
This was a massive difference, as last time I visited AutoZone and the MANAGER was such a prick I have never gone back to the store on 50th. So this has become my official orileys now. Happy to have finally found an auto shop that actually cares about what I need and doesn't insult me for not knowing specifics about cars like AutoZone did.”
“Had an appointment at 3:30pm for oil/filter change, rotate/balance tires and it took over 2hrs. Not as happy as the last 3rd mess I had service done they were much more prompt but maybe they were just busier. They did keep me informed at least and checked on me while I waited. I will continue to use them unless it gets worse.”
