“Recently had a level kit installed on my 2024 f150 here at 5Knights. Great customer service, the guys are very down to earth and respectful. Had the kit installed and went back to get my truck later that day, as I was leaving Lubbock the dash lit up with sensor faults. The truck drove fine, made it home and called them the next morning. They were super understanding over the phone and immediately asked when I can bring it back. Brought it back two days later, still having issues, and they got to work on it. They showed us what was going on, fixed it the same day. Didn’t have to pay for repairs unlike some places. I’m making this review the day after and have been driving all day with zero issues. While the review is a 4 star it’s about as close to 5 as it can get. Overall a place I will definitely recommend to others.”

I then was helped by Mathew amd and was super happy when they had the part in stock and even put it in for me! No problem at all out of there in about 20 minutes. Thank you to Matthew G for being really friendly and the rest of the staff like Benito who assisted to make sure everything was done right. I felt like they actually cared enough to make sure things were done right and it was a Saturday. So I would say this location is the one to go to.”

“My father was always the one that took care of our car issues. He passed away several years ago. Recently, my mom's car was totaled because of a hail storm. Initially, she was overwhelmed thinking she would have to go through the process of totaling the car and speaking with the insurance company on her own. But the staff at Crash Champions Collision took such good care of her! They even helped us walk through the process of making sense of her unsurance paperwork. Shelby was so kind and patient.
