It took a bit longer than expected to complete the repairs but they kept me informed and the delays were due to KIA getting them the parts. “I had a good experience with Jeff getting all the fluids changed and a tune up on my truck. He explained everything they were doing and it was ready when promised. It was even about 75ish dollars cheaper than the original estimate. They kept me informed of any issues they found and did a good job overall!”

Not as happy as the last 3rd mess I had service done they were much more prompt but maybe they were just busier. They did keep me informed at least and checked on me while I waited.
