“This was wonderful. They came to my house and change and cleaned the battery in 5ms. When it has taken others hours to replace it. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.”

“Tweety is a fabulous example of how customer service should be. He was genuine, positive, knowledgeable, and helped me with my problem. He went above and beyond and I won’t go anywhere else for similar needs in the future.”
“My daughter is a freshman at TTU, she called telling me her check engine light came on. So, I found O’Reilly’s closest to her location to have her code read and she received above and beyond service from this location! Pablo spent 30 mins with her and helped above what was expected. Pablo diagnosed the code and showed her how to avoid the code from coming back on. As a father who is 435 miles away, I cannot stress how thankful I am with Pablo’s help!”
“Always my favorite Oreillys. Lisbette had the most patience with my issues today even though her shift ended at 2, she finished what she started and I left satisfied and appreciated her help. Kudos to the good vibe in that store.”

“Im not big on doing reviews but there is one individual that deserves a raise or promotion. Every time I go there ,he always greets me and maintains a positive attitude. His name is Damien. He's always been very helpful and tries his hardest to find the part your looking for. Keep up the good work young man.”
