“Lexy was very helpful and informative. She took us to see 3 different options so that we could make our final decision. She also answered all of our questions and concerns. We ended up purchasing the month-to-month lease that very day via the online option because of the discounted price. However, we were not aware of the extra fees until Lexy brought them to our attention. The extra fees required are the minimum insurance and the purchase of a lock from the facility. Even though the purchase was not as reasonable as it was advertised it was still a great experience because of the customer service provided by Lexy.”

“Storage Depot was easy to work with. It was easy and fast to rent a unit, there was great communication with everything going on at the location and changes happening. It was a little complicated to figure out how to cancel my unit but I called the location and they had it canceled within about 2 minutes.”
“I rent one of the shipping containers here. I absolutely love it. The process of renting was super simple. The price is great and the property is very clean. I feel comfortable coming here by myself as it is very well lit and they have a security gate in the front and a lot of cameras. For the shipping container - it is sealed so I haven't had any issues with water or pests getting in.”

John was exceptional about helping me get another unit on the spot. Then when I needed a much larger unit John was able to accommodate that request very happily and on the spot. “We used the app to schedule and the process was easy. Pickup was walked through on the app and not difficult. It was straightforward on price and we bumped into a very pleasant employee moving the trucks. They are closed on Saturday but don't let that detour you. The return was even easy also. If needed will definitely use this location again.”
