“Last Friday I was at the store to pick up a few items I needed. When I attempted to pay for them with my debit card it was declined several times. I didn't know what was wrong I knew that I had money on my card. I would like to thank the cashier and the manager for not giving up on this after a couple times of being declined. These two ladies tried everything they could to help me find the problem. I later found out I had somehow put a lock on my card. I still don't know how I did that however I now know how to unlock it. In my opinion they are an example of what makes a great employee. Thank you ladies for your help, patience and kindness you showed me.”
