I needed help with some technical stuff and getting the T-Life app sorted out, and Kyle patiently walked me through it like he was explaining it to his favorite grandma — no judgment, no tech jargon, just genuine “let me help you not struggle” energy.

He broke everything down so even I could understand it, troubleshot the issues that were making me want to throw my phone into the sun, and did it all with a great attitude the whole time. Customer service like this is rare — the kind where you leave actually feeling like a human being helped you instead of just checking a box.

If you need anything at this store, ask for Kyle. The man deserves a raise, a parade, and possibly his own theme song.”
