“Needed help with an iPhone and Apple Watch. Went to a neighboring AT&T store and they were unable to help us. Told us to call AT&T. When we called they were already closed for the day. Decided to try the store in Lehi. Didn’t realize we were there minutes before closing. Jonah went above and beyond and had us taken care of in no time. We were so grateful for his customer service and knowledge. We didn’t feel rushed or like an inconvenience. We didn’t realize they were about to close until we asked him. .”
