“Sam and Sean were professional and immediately imbued confidence and trust in me with their communication and how they serviced my VW Tiguan. Finding an auto mechanic you can trust can be difficult and I’ve had my fair share of being nickel and dimed for mediocre service. This place is somewhere you can trust 100%. Kapp’s diagnosed what was wrong (which several other shops had failed to do) and gave me a phenomenal recommendation for two convenient places where I got what I needed the same day. I even asked them where I could service my girlfriend’s Lexus and they gave me a rec that worked out perfectly as well. 10/10 recommend and I’ll be back for all my car’s needs. Thank you”
“If you have never been to a Valvoline you must try them. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for my turn. Then start to finish was about 15 minutes more. They email me a coupon for $10 to $20 off depending on the type of oil I am getting every month. The best part is you sit in your car the whole time. No need to hand over your keys and go wait in a dirty waiting room like some other places.”

“My wife is out in Utah visiting family and the plastic undercarriage on our Toyota Camry snapped and was hanging. She went to Toyota auto body and paint and had a horrible experience. She was treated poorly and told she would have to wait two to three weeks and they could draft an estimate ( for a few clips to snap it back up) she called me distraught, within minutes I called GT and had her on the way there. GT was extremely kind sympathetic and had the car up within minutes of arrival. Not even 5 minutes later we had new clips and the undercarriage was secure! GT is fast reliable and honest. Will be our go to when in state and family that lives close have been recommended here! Great job”

“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”

“my son hit a curb and took out the sidewall of a tire that still has more than 50% tread. All the other tire places wanted to replace all four tires. crazy Dave said they had a used tire only cost me 50 bucks. I called and 15 minutes later they had the tire replaced and installed. Five stars all the way I’ll be back for my new tires.”

“My wife loves this place, she's able to stay in the car with the kids and they do a quick and good job. I decided to bring my car here because they have a jack strong enough to lift my car and rotate my tires when I get my oil change. To my surprise when I went in the first time they told me my oil still looked clean and that I probably didn't need an oil change yet??!?
