He went through all the codes and what he thought the error was and then I brought it in one more time for him to check. He called and went through pricing and was very straight forward. He fixed it in a day and my car is working great. Great service!”

“I just moved across the country from east coast and get recommended from a group members on the social media to take my car here for the service. Got the phone number from him and I sent the message to Dustin and take me in right away. Drove half hour to get to the shop and the process only take me less than an hour. I had a horrible experience at the AF location they didn't put my dashboard back together correctly, there were parts that the snap part broke and the vents for dashboard weren't even and rattled. They also had primer spray on my window and dashboard. It took me over a year but with my insurance I was able to take it to this location and not only did the correct the things AF screwed up the fixed things that Caliber wasn't responsible for if I could give more stars I would! “They helped me with my interstate battery nationwide warranty and made it super easy to honor the warranty. The staff was welcoming and easy to talk to. Only complaint is they charge $40 for a battery installation, which is ridiculous. Would have done it myself but didn’t want to go home and get my tools and come back.”
“John and the team at Gaylon's went above and beyond to help get my truck Ford F150 repaired in a short time. I was tasked with providing transportation of supplies for a youth camp Thursday afternoon. However, my passenger side front 4x4 actuator went bad and I was pinched to get it fixed asap. I took my truck in on Tuesday and had it back Wednesday night. I was able to make the camp with no issue. John even worked with my warranty company (not an easy task) without complaint. I highly recommend Gaylon's for anyone who has 4x4-related issues.”
