“We had such a great experience shopping for a suit at Mr. Mac! Before coming here, we had gone to another suit store where the staff couldn't even tell us what materials their suits were made from, and we struggled to find a suit that fit well for a long torso and shorter arms.
The moment we walked into Mr. Mac, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Trevor was absolutely fabulous! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different suit fabrics and explained which options would be best for the climate my son will be living in over the next couple of years. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find a suit that fit perfectly.
It often feels like great customer service has become a thing of the past, but that definitely isn't the case at Mr. Mac. They are accommodating, professional, and genuinely care about helping their customers. If you're looking for a quality suit and outstanding service, I highly recommend Mr. Mac. “Bought boots here a year ago, boa broke on them. Claimed life time replacement and they did in fact replace the boa system for free.
Took about 25 minutes to do it tho, was told 10-15 minutes. But honoring their own word is a huge plus”
“Stopped by after work cause it was on the way home. I was covered in sawdust and metal shavings but Foster(terrible at names so that's what I think his name was) still helped me a ton. Listened to the kind of shoes I was looking for and showed me several different styles and designs. He found me exactly what I was looking for and there was a nice sale going on too. It's been 2 weeks and the shoes are working out great! I'd definitely recommend asking for him if you know what you want but can't find it.”

“My daughter asked for new ballet shoes but the shoes she wanted online were sold out. The Dance Works associate kindly assisted me with finding me an alternate (but very close) shoe, as well as some tights. She also told me about the return/exchange policy should the shoes not be right. The associate also took time to show me leotards and shared that while tights wear out quicker, new leotards are so exciting to receive. She gave me some ideas for Christmas and I look forward shopping there again soon!”

“Very nice store. I have a couple of of pairs now of their slip-ons and they are so comfortable some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Right now they have a buy one get your second pair 50% off. Also, if you go on their website for the store you can get 20% off on your first purchase if you sign up for their texts and emails but those are easy to stop later. Go check it out. You can't use the 20% and the buy one get one half off together but I used the 50% off today and did not sign up for their whole loyalty program so I can still use the 20% off in the future.”
